Central Australia (including Uluru) is a seasonal destination! Peak Season is May-September as the weather is mild (20-30 degrees Celsius during the day).
December-February is low season as the high temperatures make it difficult/dangerous to complete hikes. It regularly exceeds 35 degrees Celsius during the day, and park rangers will close the parks between 9 am and 11 am.
